Benefits to the builder:

• An attractive alternative to the onerous custom home process to offer your customers
• We will reference each of our builders on our web site and provide a link to your web site
• By working with TBC, you will collaterally benefit from our marketing efforts
• We will cultivate a subcontractor and supplier community knowledgeable in our products and familiar with the quantities and details
• We will provide material quantities and estimating forms
• We will walk our builders and their superintendents through the plans prior to bidding or building
• We will provide a technical service telephone hotline to answer field questions
• We will provide field assistance as requested on a fee basis
• We will answer any questions by the GC regarding the drawings or specifications as asked via our website on the provided form
• We will respond to RFIs in a timely manner
• We will provide a referral fee of 10% of the total price of the package for referrals to end users that is paid upon execution of the contract and receipt of payment – this does not pertain to speculative projects
• We will work with lenders to arrange having the cost of our license and services financed as part of their construction loan
• We can provide additional marketing tools, such as 3-D modeling and virtual tours, for an additional fee

The builder must agree to the following:

• To abide by our licensing agreement
• To provide TBC with detailed cost information in our preferred format
• To comply with our RFI and progress reporting procedures
• To provide owners with an Owner’s Manual upon completion of the home, including warrantees and other materials related to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the property
• To provide TBC weekly digital progress photos
• To make a commitment to customer satisfaction above all else
